About Me

I am a Registered Psychologist, EMDR therapist, and Clinical Traumatologist located in Calgary, Alberta. I have a special interest and advanced training in the areas of trauma, perinatal mental health, and grief and loss. My approach to therapy and counselling is strengths-based, client-centered, and trauma-informed. I draw from a range of therapeutic models to address the unique concerns of each client, including narrative therapy (NT), acceptance-and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT).

I approach my client work with compassion, warmth, and respect. I work hard to understand deeply your unique circumstances, concerns, and worldview. Through this process, I aim to establish a trusting, collaborative therapeutic relationship with you. I will support you in becoming more aware of your skills and internal resources, and how to use these strengths to respond meaningfully to life's challenges and adversities.
